Primitive Beasts

People are mentally reduced to an animal state when they use the herd as an excuse for primitive behavior.

I can think of nothing more pathetic than a group of people concentuous about the validity of kicking an individual lying on the ground.

Such an individual might very well be stronger than each member of the group, pocess better quality, but because of the sheer quantity of the group and its complete disrespect for morality it becomes difficult for this individual to do anything against the sheer numbers and that he might be limited by at least having some sort of honor.

Shouldn't we seek away from this primitive behavior, from the need of such? The shallowness of enacting aggression in the anonymousity of the group by defining it as part of the culture.

Driven by their egoism, they do not comprehend, they cannot comprehend. Such is being in such a state, being controlled by desire in this way. Sometimes I think that becoming and upholding the right to be a citizen should be conditional upon having more to offer than satisfying ones personal desires.

This state of mind may be seen in an individual but becomes exponentially more primitive when it is seen as part of a group culture. Therefore I don't regard it as unfair to tag those individuals as primitive beast and the punishment for primitive aggressive group behavior against individuals should be accordingly greater acknowledging the cowardly nature of fulfilling those desires behind the cover of a group.
